How Vapour Blasting Works

This process is also commonly referred to as wet blasting, liquid honing, slurry blasting and even hydroblasting — all describing the same water-based removal method using a water and glass media slurry.
  • Mechanism: Uses high-pressure water and glass beads.
  • Media & Slurry: Wet slurry typically includes water and glass media, propelled by high-pressure air.
  • Components: Combines water, mild cleaning agents, air, and fine blasting media.
  • Action: The finish is created by the flow of water-borne abrasive in the Aquablast system.
